Book through our trusted partners
When you find a flight or hotel you love, click Book. We record the price you saw, then send you to a trusted partner — Aviasales for flights, Klook for hotels — with your dates pre-filled to complete the booking securely on their site.
Confirm your booking
Once you have booked, come back to your FarePromise dashboard and tap "I booked this trip." On Pro and Max, that switches on price-drop monitoring for that booking so we can start watching the price for you.
We watch your prices around the clock
On Pro and Max, our system checks your flight and hotel prices every hour. Pro watches each booking for 30 days; Max keeps watching all the way until 24 hours before you travel. You never have to check prices again.
Price drops become your money
If we catch a drop of $10 or more on Pro ($5 on Max), the difference becomes credit in your FarePromise account — to claim within 14 days on Pro, or automatically on Max. Redeem your balance as a gift card from brands like Hotels.com, Delta, Airbnb, and Visa.

- Yes. The Free plan gives you the full AI trip planner, the Reality Check, and direct booking links to trusted partners — no card required. Free does not earn FarePromise travel credits; price-drop monitoring is shown as a preview so you can see what upgrading unlocks. Earning credits when prices drop starts on Pro.
- How do I start earning credits on a booking?
- On Pro or Max, book your flight or hotel through one of our trusted partners, then return to your FarePromise dashboard and tap "I booked this trip." That records the price you saw and switches on price-drop monitoring for that booking.
- How often does FarePromise check my prices?
- For Pro and Max bookings, our system checks your flight and hotel prices every hour, automatically, so you never have to track them yourself. We compare against the price you saw when you clicked Book.
- How long do you monitor each booking?
- Pro monitors each booking for 30 days after you confirm it. Max monitors continuously until 24 hours before you travel, catching late drops the 30-day window may miss. The Free plan does not include monitoring — it is shown as a locked preview to upgrade.
- When and how are credits issued if my price drops?
- On Pro, drops of $10 or more become credit, delivered by notification and claimed within 14 days. On Max, drops of $5 or more are credited automatically within about 24 hours of the drop — no claiming needed.
- How do I redeem my credits?
- Redeem your balance as a travel gift card from brands like Hotels.com, Delta, Airbnb, and Visa. Pro redemptions start at a $50 balance; Max members redeem from a $25 minimum. Free does not earn or redeem FarePromise credits.
